Blue Runner Bisque Sauce, Creole Style
Serving Suggestions:
Shake can before opening. In a stockpot, heat Blue Runner Creole Bisque Base to a boil. Reduce heat, add seafood, and continue to simmer for 3-5 minutes until seafood is cooked. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool, transfer to blender, purée, then return to pot. Additional cooked seafood can be added prior to serving. Caution: Blending hot liquids can create pressure in the blender jar and the risk of blowing off the top. If blending while hot, do not fill blender more than half way and hold lid on firmly with a dry towel. Proceed carefully.
