    Empty package ingredients in a mixing bowl, add 2 cups water, stir well. Use 1 lb bag or 3 bunches or Kale/Greens, To clean Kale/Greens, cover in fresh water and massage wash with hands, drain and rinse. Repeat wash instructions again. Cut Kale/Greens in small 1” inch pieces and discard stems. In large pot on Medium High heat, add 3 Tablespoons Vegetable or Olive Oil, sauté (1) small onion chopped fine, 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic and ingredients from mixing bowl and stir. Add 2 lbs smoked meat; turkey necks, ham hocks etc. Add Kale/Greens, 6 cups of water, bring to boil on high, stir and reduce heat to medium. Cook for three hours – stirring occasionally. ENJOY U-SELF!! Dash with Bayou Magic Pepper Vinegar. For a spicier taste – Sprinkle with Bayou Magic Nice Veg Spice. Serves 6 to seven Folks, 4 to 5 Cajuns. Great with Cornbread.
