Bayou Magic Cajun 2 Step Chili Mix (No Bean)
Cooking Directions:
Step 1: Stir while pouring contents of package into 4 cups of COLD water, make sure to dissolve THROUGHLY. Add 2 BAYOU MAGIC BAY LEAVES.
Step 2: Brown 1-1/2 to 2 lbs of your favorite LEAN ground meat in a heavy pot on high heat. Stir while cooking until all redness is gone. Leave on High heat. Empty water and all contents into the pot. Add one 8 oz can tomato sauce (optional). Bring to boil, Stir, Reduce to medium low heat. Simmer COVERED for 20 to 25 minutes or until beans are tender. For hotter and spicier flavor, use BAYOU MAGIC CAJUN SEASONING to taste. Remove bay leaves before serving.
